Introduction

If we need to create Breakdown from a field which is not reference field(For example, has breached flag in SLA) we can create a manual breakdown with customized name like below

  1. SLA Achieved
  2. SLA Breached

Then we can use the Manual Breakdown as a fact table in the breakdown source. And finally create a breakdown with the breakdown source.
